We are creating the world's first Social Legacy Platform, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Certified Self-Employed Web and App Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building this transformative platform.

As a Web and App Developer at Kincrests, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of remembrance by leveraging your expertise in web and app development. You will collaborate with the Directors to bring our vision to life. Your technical proficiency and innovative mindset will be crucial in creating a platform that fundamentally changes the way we remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Development: Work closely with the directors to design, develop, and maintain the web and mobile applications for the Social Legacy Platform. Utilize your expertise in front-end and/or back-end development to ensure a seamless user experience and intuitive interface.

2. Cutting-Edge Technologies: Stay at the forefront of web and app development by exploring and implementing the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools. Continuously research and evaluate emerging trends to enhance the platform's functionality and user engagement.

3. Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and address any bugs or performance issues. Optimize the platform's speed, responsiveness, and overall performance to provide a seamless user experience.

4. Integration and Scalability: Collaborate with the directors to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities. Design and implement scalable solutions that can accommodate future growth and evolving user needs.

5. Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and best practices. Collaborate effectively with directors to ensure smooth coordination and integration of various components.

Requirements:

1. Certification and Experience: Possess a certification or relevant degree in web and app development, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and skills. Showcase a robust portfolio of web and app development projects that highlight your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Proficiency in mobile app development using platforms like iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin) is highly desirable.

3. Innovative Mindset: Demonstrate a creative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and platform development. Bring fresh ideas and insights to the team, driving innovation and pushing boundaries in the field of remembrance.

4. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and collaborate on design and functionality requirements.

5. Time Management and Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new technologies and methodologies.
